Road Performance Motors LLC ('RPM') is a licensed California wholesale-only auto dealer. As a wholesale dealer, we are exclusively licensed to sell vehicles to other licensed dealers. We do not sell directly to the public. All advertised vehicles are for sale to licensed automotive dealers only.
We make every effort to maximize transparency across all dealings and ensure the accuracy of our online advertising. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or other data errors. In the event of an error, the terms of the transactions as negotiated will prevail.
Vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis, and we recommend all buyers perform a thorough inspection before purchase.
All advertised prices are the total price of the vehicle, not including applicable sales tax, vehicle registration fees, the California tire fee, or dealer documentary fees. The dealer documentary fee is a service fee and not a governmental charge.
